The villa, see plan, offers light and airy accommodation for up to 4 people in ca. 50m2 (plus garden and terrace) with extensive communal facilities.
The Residence
The villa, built in 2005, is situated in Le Clos De La Fontaine, a purpose built gated residence of 32 holiday villas around a private swimming pool with well established landscaping.
It is situated some 800m from the South end of Valras-Plage beach (less than a 10 minute walk away), close enough to access all the amenities of the resort easily, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. For a location map see Villa Location.
The Villa - downstairs
The villa has a spacious open plan style downstairs living area complete with sofa, side-board, dining table and chairs, English satellite TV (with BBC and ITV channels), DVD and CD Players (with USB port). The large shaded terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool just 25m away, is reached through the patio doors from the living room.
The kitchen, although small, is well equipped for your holiday with washing machine, dishwasher, combination micro-wave/grill/convection-oven, ceramic hob and fridge/freezer. Plenty of crockery and cutlery is provided, as are cooking utensils. The rear door opens onto the small rear garden which benefits from the evening sun.
The main bathroom with bath and shower is also downstairs.
The Villa - upstairs
There are two spacious bedrooms upstairs, one with a king size bed and the other two single beds. Continental quilts and fleece blankets are supplied and bed-linen is available for hire.
There is also a second toilet located upstairs.
The Villa - grounds
Outside the villa has a large terrace facing the swimming pool which offers shade from the main heat of the sun. At the rear of the villa is a small garden, sunny in the evenings, complete with gas BBQ.
There is also ample parking for a car at the front of the villa.
